Please advise or revise. 19. We note you have estimated the expense you expect to incur as a result of being a publicly traded partnership. Any increase in costs related to being a public company would be incurred subsequent to and would be incidental to the offering of common units in your IPO (rather than directly attributable to the IPO) and therefore should not be presented as an adjustment.
